GLUING OPERATION
Often people send me a stack of their printed pages.
The pages are clamped together then small grooves are sawn along the spine. Glue is spread and thread is run in the grooves.
Several more layers of glue are applied, allowing it to dry between each layer. This makes a strong binding for loose pages.
If the original book was glued and needs re-gluing, glue with thread reinforcement will be required before continuing with Basic Rebinding.
